About SolarCalc UK

SolarCalc UK is a web-based quoting tool for UK MCS-certified solar installers, operated by SolarCalc UK, United Kingdom.

Use of the tool

SolarCalc UK is provided as a quoting aid only. All quotes generated are estimates based on the information entered by the user. SolarCalc UK accepts no liability for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in quotes generated using the tool. It is the installer’s responsibility to verify all figures before sending quotes to clients.

Subscription and payment

Starter subscriptions are billed monthly at £9 per month via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your Stripe account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscribers with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers are price-locked at their current rate.

Intellectual property

All content, design and code within SolarCalc UK is the intellectual property of SolarCalc UK. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute any part of the tool without permission.

Limitation of liability

SolarCalc UK is provided as is without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the tool or any quotes generated by it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the tool constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
